Just got the kit. So far, I'm quite happy. The case does add some bulk, but not too much and it's very grippy. I can't see needing to get the "grip skin" Speck makes as this one's not gonna slip out of your hand. Just as important, it appears to provide a lot of protection so that if it should somehow fall to the floor, the thick rubber would likely cushion the Treo and prevent it from getting damaged (unless it fell on the antenna).

I was a bit worried based on other reviews that it would be uncomfortable because of the knobs on the face that hold the screen cover on, that my SD card would get accidentally popped out since it sticks out a bit furthur than it should, and that the holster would be really cheesy.

So far, my SD card has not had any problems popping out, even when I put the phone in and out of the holster (which clips over the SD slot). I don't use my phone for music so I don't anticipate needing to remove the SD card much, so the fact that it's covered isn't really an issue.

I actually think the Treo's a bit more comfortable with the skin because it's got a nice bulge around the ear piece which rests in the ear nicely, and I didn't really feel the screen cover knobs. I guess they might get uncomfortable on a long call, but I usually use a headset for that anyway.

The screen cover's actually pretty good... so far it seems to stay in the skin pretty securely and I like the fact that my oily face is not next to the screen anymore (even though I do have a screen protector on the screen itself). I can see it being a bit of a pain to open and close, but since it's easily removable, that can't really be treated as a negative.

As for the holster, the clip on top is a tad flimsy (Seidio makes a beefier one that should work with the Speck skin, although it's rather expensive). Still, it holds the phone securely and as long as you don't bend the clip out more than necessary when moving your phone in and out, I don't get the impression it's gonna break anytime soon.

Seidio's skin and holster kit (which includes a battery cover that provides access to the reset button) is probably better, but it's also more expensive, so you'll have to decide (unless you access the SD card slot often, in which case you'll need another skin or will have to cut this one). My opinion of the Speck case may change over time if the skin begins to get loose or easily dirty, but so far I'm very satisfied.

The protective skin works very well - but I didn't like the plastic screen cover. It gets in the way of normal use.

The case does it's job - protecting your Treo. It gets dirty easily though and is bulkier than desired. I notice a difference in the weight of the Treo with the case on or off and I sometimes find it hard to use the covered buttons. Ideally they would make a thinner case and I would suggest getting the black one.
