The only thing I do not like about it is that the mute button has to be held down to work. I prefer one that is more like a switch. That way I can listen to a conference call or do some task with my hands free while on the phone. I have had to use a large paperclip to try and hold the button down and this is quite inconvenient.

If you don't need a mute button and you like this style of headset, it is better than the others I have tried.
