Really comfortable earpiece.

I bought this earpiece for my dad and he loves it. He tells me it is way more comfortable than any of his previous headsets. Believe me he is an authority on comfort! When he calls me I cannot even tell he is on a headset. With previous devices he would call me and I would feel like I was on a speakerphone. I, like most people, HATE being on a speakerphone and will usually demand that I be taken off. Great hands-free.

Stopped working within 4 months of purchase

The initial performance was very good but within 4 months of purchase the mic piece stopped functioning. I expected this product to work perfectly atleast for a year, now I am left wondering how to get a replacement. I trusted the brand but it didn't live up to its name in this case.

I am constantly impressed by how much sound quality I both receive and give to my callers when I use this product. I was skeptical when I saw how cheap it was, but when I started using it I found it to be very clear and comfortable. I have had many late night chats with friends and have never had a problem with it hurting.

My friend has one similar that has a connect/disconnect button on the wire, and the lack of this feature is the main reason I give it 4 stars. Still, if you want something that is cheap, functional, and comfortable.... this is the headset for you.
