Avoid this itemRating: 1
I purchased this headset on May31- got it 2 days later- It synched quickly and flawlessly- thats the good news-
My experience is this item is unusable except if you are in a silent environment. The volume from the ear piece is miserably low, and the ear piece is uncomforable after 5 minutes.
This unit did not meet my needs at all and I say to avoid it.
Compatiblity with Treo 650Rating: 4
I have had my Treo 650 for years and have tried several types of headsets. I used traditional headsets as well as a more expensive Jabra Bluetooth headset. Even thought it's a little heavy, this is by far the best headset I have owned. The end user voice quality is better than any other headset. It even better that using the Treo without a headset.

As an added benefit, the range exceeds that of the Bluetooth Jabra. I walked 15-20 feet away from the phone with no issues.

Worked Great! For a few months =O(Rating: 3
This headset was my first. It was easy to set up. The directions that come with it are pretty good. The earpiece volume is okay. I have no problem hearing people (unless my wife is using her damnable speaker phone!! but thats her fault). The battery lasted a very very long time the first 2 months I had it. I could go 2 days without charging it on standbye mode with no problem then talk for an hour straight and the battery wouldnt even be low. But after the 3rd and 4th month... Well, the battery stopped charging all the way. Now as I write this review about 5 or 6 months later, the thing isnt even functional. Last week, I charged it over night and took it with me to work. I started talking to my wife and it made this funny beeping noise that I never heard before. I found out that was the battery low sound!! I hadnt even had it on standbye for 2 hours and talked for less than 20 minutes and it went completely dead. So if it works for you well out of the box... You may want to take that with a grain of salt.
