This may not be allowed, but I have some points to make about this item ... especially since I plan on buying this one.

I'm a long time PDA & PDA/Phone user and can say a few things about this case without ever laying hand on it.

(1) It's leather. To those who don't find the openings to their liking (especially too small). Take it to a cobbler (ya know, a shoe shop). They'll make any mods you want for a few bucks.

(2) Thick is generally better. No, I do not pride myself on the "geeky" look! Thin leather can not take drops or bangs. It's an expensive "phone" ... protect it.

(3) However inconvenient it may seem, covering the screen is a *good* idea. The buttons and even the speaker opening can usually take real life just fine ... but the screen, no. (screen protectors are no guard against hard rough surface you bump into)

So how come I haven't bought it yet? No Treo 700p to put in it yet (but its on order) ... something better *might* come along ... but I kinda doubt it.

P.S. 4 stars because I can tell from looking at it that its better than average especially at this price.

Not for you if you use the headset jack

I should have listened to the guy who did the other review and mentioned this. When the krussel is advertised, it states that it's made perfectly to fit the detail of the phone. They make it seem as if for each port you will have no problems accessing them. But that is not the case. I agree with the other guy who said when using the headset jack it doesn't fit properly. I have problems as well. What happens is it keeps coming out when you push the headset in. The case is too bulky in that area or something. I've gotten to the point where I just take my phone out of the case to listen to the MP3 player, and I shouldn't have to do that. As it is designed for you to be able to access the headset jack when the phone is in the case. So before purchasing this just ask yourself, If you're not able to use it the way it was intended, then do you really want or need to buy this case? I learned the hard way. I didn't listen. Don't let this happen to you.

This is a great case. Protects my 650 and I still have access to everything without having to remove it. I thought it would be awkward to use when talking on the phone but it really is not.
